Program Requirements

Before beginning any construction work:

1. A video inspection must be performed by a licensed plumbing contractor and reviewed by District personnel.
2. Property owner must submit a completed application, including price quotes from at least three (3) qualified licensed plumbing contractors.
3. A letter of approval must be issued by the District to the property owner.
