Notice of Public Hearing To Receive Input from the Community on the Revised Election Division Boundries

Notice is hereby given that at 1:00 p.m. on January 11, 2022, and 1:00 p.m. on March 22, 2022, at the Valley Sanitary District office, located at 45-500 Van Buren, Indio, CA, the Board of Directors of the Valley Sanitary District will hold public hearings at which the public is invited to provide input regarding the consideration of draft maps of the revised Election Division Boundaries. Persons interested may appear before the Board of Directors at the above date(s), place, and time. If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing(s) described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board at, or prior to, the public hearing(s).
