Valley Sanitary Receives the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting!

The Government Finance Officers Association, GFOA has awarded Valley Sanitary District, VSD with the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
