Mike L. Duran has served on the Valley Sanitary District Board since 2002, bringing
extensive business management experience as president and CEO of Duran's Termite
& Pest Control, Inc. His leadership extends to various community roles, including
serving on the Structural Pest Control Board appointed by Governor Edmund G. Brown,
Jr., and as a Reserve Police Lieutenant. With certifications in business management
and adult/vocational instruction, Mike demonstrates a commitment to professional
growth and civic duty. A graduate of Leadership Coachella Valley and the Indio
Leadership Academy, he remains dedicated to advancing lndio's prosperity. Mike's
objective is clear: to contribute to a brighter future for Indio and its residents through
his service on the board.
