Valley Sanitary District is offering rebates to residential customers who upgrade to a high-efficiency showerhead. It's one of the easiest ways to cut your water use, and because your sewer bill's variable charge is based on winter water use, using less water in the shower can lower your annual bill from VSD.

How It Works

1. Purchase a qualifying high-efficiency showerhead (1.0–1.5 gallons per minute) and keep your receipt.
2. Complete the rebate application below.
3. Submit your application and receipt by email, mail, or drop-off at our Administration Office.
4. Get paid. After final review and approval, expect your rebate check within 6–8 weeks.

Who's Eligible

• You must be a Valley Sanitary District residential customer.
• The new showerhead must replace an existing one and be rated 1.0–1.5 GPM.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
• Rebate amount is up to $25 per parcel.

Program Details

The program continues until allocated current fiscal year funds are exhausted. Rebates are limited to one per parcel.
